"Rooms were very clean and Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Staff would go out of their way to assist you. I asked for a late checkout, but it was not available, however, they will hold your baggage in a secure area until you're ready to leave. I brought a suit, but there was no iron available, only a steamer in the room. I did not ask if an iron was available and had to learn crash course style how to use a steamer. It's possible they have them and I just did not think to ask....

"The hotel was different. The bathroom could use a little more private walls, room was small, bed up against the wall but overall great experience, clean and location was amazing."

"Great location near the financial district. Rooms were fairly large but crowded with furniture. There we few outlets to use to charge our electronics. The dinner restaurant was amazing but the coffee shop’s breakfast was not very enjoyable. There were no restaurants close for breakfast."

"Everything at walking distance, including the subway. The parking very convenient Rooms very quiet and extra clean, towels and bedsheets fresh and clean everyday. Room service very efficient. The best was the staff, Sarah in particular, helpful, nice, happy they can remember our names and what we were interested on. They made us feel welcomed and specials!"

"Very helpful and accommodating staff, free luggage storage is very convenient, hotel is located centrally among lots of restaurants/bars and just minutes walking to China Town. The room was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was central to all activities we planned. The coffee and tea bar downstairs was an added treat each morning and evening. The Rebels Guild we ate at twice and both times it was fantastic. The rooftop bar we only got to experience once but was a delight."
