The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fairly good. The front step leading up to entrance of the hotel is in need of repair as the concrete is severely chipping away and is a tripping hazard

Quality Inn & Suites Big Rapids near University
Don’t let the pot holes in the parking lot or older style building make you turn the other way. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Checked in and asked about coffee in room and front desk person said not o. Room but coffee in breakfast room 24 hours. She knew I was disappointed. Got in our room and it smelled of cigarettes.
