"Nice location in Banff with stunning Mountain views. Unfortunately, a major highway is right under the hotel so it is very, very noisy on the Mountain View side. Couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the weather and views due to the noise. Rooms were clean but dated. Bistro was very good."

"Great staff, amazing lakeside views but marred by poor housekeeping which did not take out the trash nor vacuum the floor. Primarily Accor / Fairmont management's fault as the summertime premium pricing is not matched by the staffing levels that'd be adequate to ensure proper cleanliness of rooms (as housekeeping hours were very limited) or waiting times for food/drinks at restaurants as shift transitions or weekend demand was mismanaged. Oxford Properties should review Accor's running of this...
