"This was a pleasant experience at the Overlander. All staff were very easy to interact with and quick with recommendations and local insight. Of particular note was Rishi at the front desk. He possesses exemplary customer service skills and is a very polite and mature representative of the property. Being outside of Jasper itself was a new thing for us, and we enjoyed the local trails and craft brewery nearby, while using it as a base for day trips. Breakfast quality and service were as awesome...

"Stunning location with great views directly over the lake. Very clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Could have done with a small bar fridge in room as we were travelling and needed to store a few cold items. Had dinner in Mt Burgess restaurant, excellent food and great service from wait staff."

"It’s a dated lodging, but everything is pristine. So so happy with our stay. Close to everything, huge savings as we are not at the hotel much, truly a place to stay. The small updates they have done make a big difference- tub, entrance tile etc. super pleased with our stay. Beds aren’t comfy, but honestly, for the price, and the pristine-ness, we didn’t care much! We will be back!"

"Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure."

"Very nice property, clean, modern with a nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Was initially tempted to go with Tonquin Inn due to some price difference but after pulling up at TI and seeing what a dumpy place it was decided to spend a few extra coins and was so happy with my choice. Highly recommend for Jasper. The only my minor issue is their limited parking spaces. They will pay for city parking but you have to walk a few blocks . No big deal though."

"The entire Post Hotel experience was like living in a fantasy! Everything from the charming vibe to the incredible food was sublime! Be sure you visit the library while you are there! And the dining room was a complete 5-star experience!! Highly recommend staying here! "

"This was our second stay and we once again found the atmosphere very inviting and comfortable. Our room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage, we used the common area to meet up with other family members, played games and had a very relaxing time. The Rocky Mountain Soap company toiletries were also a bonus. I highly recommend this accommodation!"

"I would have booked two or three nights if I was on vacation. Unfortunately this is a business trip and I wasn't able to truly enjoy the offerings. Despite the proximity to the highway and train tracks, it was actually quite peaceful. The cabins are spread amongst tall trees with fantastic views of the mountains. My cabin had a fire pit and it would have made a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine and the setting Sun. My cabin was small but cozy and well-appointed with everything I needed...
