"We stayed in a room in the main lodge, and were lucky to be upgraded to a mountain view. It was lovely - no TV or telephone made it a very relaxing stay. Our room, however, did not have any hot water, so showering or bathing was not possible. We checked out early so there was no one to report this to upon our departure. Aside from this, our stay was lovely. "

"The value wasn’t representative of the cost. Food was expensive as well and didn’t match the price. S ’mores were well worth the $6. Best parts were the view and the in cabin wood fireplace with ample wood. Staff were all fantastic."

"Property was good value for money; staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Perks included a good breakfast, and excellent Starbucks Coffee (don't ever change this). Gym was missing some accessories - it would be a good idea to purchase a few sorely needed pieces for the machines to make them more functional. Overall, quite satisfied with our experience."

"A dated hotel situated on a very nice lookout over Banff. A larger hot-tub would be more inviting for guests.
We didn’t use the available E-bikes which is a great amenity. Dining staff were very friendly."

"The staff were THE FRIENDLIEST I have ever encountered at a hotel. They went out of their way to help. Amazing! And completely made up for the dated bathrooms. Well, almost. They could really use new lighting as well. Not open in winter months, hence no hot tub. But the fire pits were awesome! "
