"Comfortable room with a great view of the lake and mountains. Nice that they had prepared the fireplace to be light with one match. Endless wood supply all dry and split just outside the door. Dining room service and food was excellent. "

"We had a sudden change of plans on a ski trip and found this hotel. The price was great, especially for a last minute booking. On first glance, the place looked great! Unfortunately there was a significant amount of black mold growing in the shower. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. The staff was excellent and it had a good continental breakfast. "

"The staff was helpful and the restaurant was very good. The room was very dated and is badly in need of updating/renovation. Work that had been done was poor quality. The walls are very thin, heat would not stop despite turning down the thermostat and the shower would randomly change to scalding hot."

"Our stay with Ramada wasn’t perfect but it was good. I had called the hotel 2 days before our stay, asking if we could have an early check-in of 1pm instead of 4pm. The front desk agreed and put it on their system, but once we got there they said it wasn’t guaranteed and had to wait 2 hours before we got checked-in. If we had just known that it wasn’t guaranteed, we could’ve not rush our Banff trip going to the hotel. But other than that our overall stay was good and would recommend Ramada Inn...

The construction I understand but the cleanliness of the pool and change room were horrible and when I mentioned to the staff they were rude and dismissive. I understand things get busy but we still paid a premium to stay and to have to clean up the shower cause of towel thrown everywhere and hair all over is a little over the top.. then to be told that if it bothered me maybe I could clean it up.. which I...
