"If you are travelling with a pet, it’s better to call the hotel directly as online booking doesn’t let you indicate you want a pet friendly room, even though the hotel is pet friendly. Sometimes pet friendly rooms are limited and not available. Not an issue this time as we were upgraded to a much nicer chalet."

Once in the room a slight decline - obviously and older property that's been renoed, bathroom door really should be taken off, sanded down, rehung as it stuck terribly at the top. "The only real issue I have is there was no bear bins for food I was just told to leave it in the car, but I was also told they were going to build some later into the season. Everything else was fantastic with my stay."

"We had a wonderful experience here. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived—they were incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming. A huge highlight was when they kindly offered to keep the pool open a little later just so we could finish enjoying our evening. That kind of exceptional hospitality is rare these days! "Lodge is located in a beautiful location on Emerald Lake. Staff is very good and on site restaurant was highly quality. Now for the downside: it’s remote and guests must take shuttle from parking to lodge. The “cabin” was clean but in a 4-unit shared older building with very thin walls between rooms. There are no services (TV, wi-fi, or cell) except in main lodge. The only food service is from the lodge as nearest town (Fields) is 6 miles and has no restaurants. So, if you are looking to...

"Very clean room! Great parking spot, no elevator needed or stairs it seems for all the rooms. Great kind service. We had a wonderful time here. Saw so many wild animals and amazing mountains even beavers on beaver walk nearby. Highly recommend this place. Simple but cannot get any better for the price point."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Unit had all the kitchen utensils one could need, as well as an outdoor BBQ / Firepit Section. A short drive up to the hot springs, and lots pretty scenery within walking distance."

"The rooms were very clean and up to date. View out back of the hotel from our window was looking into wrecked cars. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Your regular hotel breakfast. "Great location if you want to stay away from the business of tourists Views are phenomenal! Hot tub was always empty when we used it. Robes were a nice add on. My 14 and 12 year old and I Ioved to be able to use the bikes and front desk provided all instructions and a map of trails. Bistro is amazing. Patio views are picturesque.
