"Clean room"

"Cool little hotel along the river in Golden. Right in the heart of downtown with several places to eat within steps of the hotel. Rooms all face the river and boardwalk which is nice. Self check-in is handy as room keys are in lockboxes on your door (they send you a code for the lockbox). I will stay here every time from now on. Room was spacious and recently renovated. Nice bathroom, a real working bar fridge. Patio for each room. Cool place and a little gem."

"The place is nice and clean. Great toiletries! Wonderful staff. The breakfast is included. It is simple but tasty. You have to walk a couple of blocks to get it, but we knew this when we booked. It was overall a good experience"

"Found it strange to have signs up saying if you did not wash your coffee cup there would be a $25 charge. Pots and pans but no stove?? Turned on the air conditioner (which was almost useless) and blew a breaker when the wife used the microwave. It was clean and almost comfortable. Did not try the breakfast… started too late for us"
