"The staff were very friendly, hospitable, and considerate throughout our stay. The cabin furniture is a little outdated, but everything was clean and in good working order. We especially appreciated Henry taking the time to personally approach us, thank us for our business, and wish us a good trip. That thoughtful gesture really stood out and made us feel welcomed and appreciated."

"Stayed here while exploring Banff national park. The location was convenient and my balcony room had an amazing view. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Didn’t like that it doesn’t have an elevator but there aren’t that many stairs for the second floor"

"Perfect location in the heart of Banff. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was quiet and enjoyable. Hotel is located within walking distance of many shops and great restaurants. The upper floor hot tubs and saunas are a great bonus."

"Loved this property! The entire property was immaculate, staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the location, being far enough away from the main area of Banff town to not deal with the traffic and people, but close enough to walk or hop on the bus right across street. Highly recommend Hotel Canoe!!"
