"This is a splurge, but I really enjoy the Fairmont. Staff is very nice. Spa is one of my favorites if you take advantage of the 3 hours before or after in the thermal pool/relaxation areas, golf is amazing but oh so pricey, food in delicious, rooms are beautiful but very small, especially the bathroom. This being our second visit in ten years maintains the quality and experience are lovely, and why we will likely return ten years from now :)"

"As other reviews stated the restaurant lounge area service is terrible. Very slow, very very slow. Rooms were great loved the decor. Spa was sensational, including the spa cafe. Would stay again but would not eat in the hotel restaurant."
