Banff Aspen Lodge

"Well located property on the Main Street. Room was clean and the layout functional. Hot tub, steam room, dry sauna, and cold pool on property were quite nice. Included breakfast was good but sometimes busy. Staff were friendly and responsive."
Everwild Canmore Hotel

"Room- very clean and comfortable. Was initially in a room that the window bottom sill fell out when opened. And stuffed with foam. But still very loud with traffic. Moved to another room and was very quiet Food was okay. Service so so. Front desk staff. Very nice and helpful. Only complaint is shuttle takes you to Canmore until 7 and you have to walk or uber back. That's not useful. Luckily we had a car and drove down. If they have a shuttle it should at least by to 10 pm and have service each way. Would be easy to have one drop off and on spot"

"We always feel coffee should be complimentary. Hotel staff was very helpful in assisting us with a change in reservation. I did have to call to have the $100 hold charge removed from my credit card."

"The room is clean and well maintained. The staff, especially the receptionist, is awesome and friendly. Price is just right. The place is worth it. The inn is very convenient. Highly recommended."

"The property has lots of history and many free tours. We went on a half hour history tour of the hotel and learned more about some subtle points of its history. The price of the hotel is definitely on the pricier side. We hope they could give free parking or breakfast for guests."
Lake Louise Inn

"The room was clean. The tub drained very slowly. We also were disappointed that we were in a room with a view of the indoor pool rather than something outdoors. Otherwise, the stay was great."
Banff Park Lodge

"We had an excellent 4 night stay here as a family of five with kids. We were a bit worried about the construction but it wasn’t an issue at all. We stayed in a Lodge Suite and it was very spacious. We loved having two bathrooms although only one had a shower. We really enjoyed the Crave restaurant for breakfast (so much choice and a beautiful space with mountain view). We also went to Crave for their Asian buffet night and it was fantastic. The chef even went out of his way to make an additional vegetarian option for our family (without us even making this request). All of the staff at the hotel were very helpful and it was lovely to be able to ask the front desk questions through WhatsApp. We also really enjoyed the pool after long days out. The hotel is in a perfect location with bow river behind it and a 3 min walk to Banff Ave."
