The other lady that was a hotel clerk when I arrived was not pleasant and very rude. When I asked a question she was rude about it.

"We stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms (a couple and a solo traveler) and while the location is the hotel's strongest point. It is a historic building in the Loop, walkable to Millennium Park and easy transit access.

The outlets near the nightstands on either sides can’t accommodate a charger because they’re stuck on the side of the nightstand between it and the side of the bed. Hairdryer so old and didn’t work.
