"The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff very slow. The desk was unattended and you had to call out or knock to get them to come out and acknowledge you were there"

"Great position, short walk to city centre and restaurants. Secure parking is expensive. A bit difficult finding check-in due to renovations. Room was comfortable, but the bed could have been better - tended to roll in to the centre. Overall though, very convenient and comfortable."
