"Our stay at the Fiesta Americana Condesa hotel in Mexico was absolutely fantastic. We went with family and were blown away by the exceptional service and care we received. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Roman, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. When my mom twisted her ankle on the beach, Roman was immediately there to help. He provided emergency services, expertly wrapped her foot, and continued to check on her throughout our stay to ensure she was comfortable and recovering well. His dedication made a world of difference to us. The food and drinks at the hotel were also top-notch. We enjoyed a variety of delicious meals and refreshing beverages that exceeded our expectations. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend the Fiesta Americana Condesa for a memorable family vacation."

"We absolutely loved the property. It had a great food and drink variety. All the a la carte restaurants were excellent, but the Asian food restaurant was simply AMAZING! The service was great. Rodolfo at the swimming pool bar was awesome! He suggested different drinks and would get us new drinks without even us asking. Andrea at the front desk also helped us get a new room with a better view. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely go back!"

"We really enjoyed the pool options-- one for relaxing and one with a party/ play ambience. Every staff member we met, greeted us with a friendly smile and greeting. We enjoyed the food options. Everything was very good. This was our first time at an all inclusive. "
