"The breakfast was delicious. I would have loved to see more authentic Mexican dishes. I think if you incorporate that, people will eventually adjust to a more authentic Mexican menu. I was really pleased with the different activities offered to guests poolside. The staff was super helpful and accommodating throughout the resort. Overall, we had a great experience and super relaxing time at the Westin. We'll do it again. Thank you!"

"Ocean view is the only thing good . Pay a little more money and get something nice . Maid service is extra . The windows and doors do not secure and whistle all night .the internet is terrible . Airlines changed our flight and hotel would not refund the 2 days .
Has to be one of the oldest places on the strip . I don’t recommend this place at all .

"A really wonderful resort that offers a number of different activities for families with children as well as adults traveling on their own. fantastic location close to downtown Cancun other sightseeing and Isla Mujeres. great food options fantastic service. The beach and pools were wonderful. We would definitely recommend booking again."

"I love this hotel! I Keep going back. The rooms are oversized and super comfy! My only comment would be that I got a connected room and could hear my neighbor coughing nonstop. Other than that I will be back!!"
