Looks amazing and maintained. Staff super friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean. Lot of delicious food varieties at any time of the day. Beach could be cleaner. Lots of seaweed and rocks along the shore.

The room was not what you would expect from a 5 star. The supposed double bed was closer to a single bed and the humidity in rooms led to pillows + sheets being damp all the time. The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
Pool area was nice. Rooms are a bit dated but we did get maid service daily if not twice daily. Beach was small with lots of sargassum. Prices for food and drink were ridiculously expensive. I have to think there are better options. I would not stay here again.
