"I would say this property is on the lower end of all inclusive resorts, but the food was OK. The bar was also OK. There was fast service but room service wasn’t free which sucked because I was really sick."

"The hotel is conveniently located in Puerto Cancún, close to really good restaurants, shops and the ocean. The rooms are modern, clean, and offer great views. Amenities such as the gym are well maintained, and the food is good as well.
Where the hotel falls short is in the level of service. While the staff are generally courteous, they are not particularly proactive or attentive, and do not consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have a positive, seamless, and convenient experience....

"The hotel itself is great. We enjoyed the view from our room and the restaurant had excellent shrimp tacos. The breakfast was also very good.
Our only complaint is the shuttle service. First you must book 48 hours ahead of time, not earlier or later. So that was a logistical challenge. Arriving to the airport there was no direction given by the hotel where to get the shuttle, thankfully se of the airport staff were helpful. "The hotel was ok, there wasnt much service in the bar area but I guess we got there later in the day than we hoped more like 3pm. It was still ok. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool."
