"Pros: The way the reception team greeted and received us is fantastic. Hotel staff and their Service is very good. Stay was pleasant, properly is cleanly maintained. Cons: There is no elevator from parking to lobby. Each time you and your family pull out the car, it’s punishment for all to climb narrow stairs from parking. UG parking was smoke filled and not properly ventilated, airiated. Restaurant service was pathetic and taste was not up to the mark"

"The room is very nice and spacious, had a great ocean view which was unobstructed. We used all the items in the room and they would clean/replenish daily. We had a little leak in the room and they fixed it the same afternoon that we told them about it. The staff were very attentive and super helpful when asking questions.
