Staff was amazing!! Food was okay. Issues checking in did not give us the room we paid for. Had to wait 3 days to switch to the room we paid for.

We stayed at the Emporio Cancun Feb 4-11, 2026, & had a great time. Staff - Everyone we met was friendly & helpful. They all spoke enough English to make up for our very weak Spanish.
