"We had all inclusive ocean view room and it honestly was the only good thing, the food was bad, the drinks weren’t even strong. The pools close at 8 but they stop serving alcohol at 6pm so it didn’t make sense to us. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and they only came to clean our room once and we had to request them to do it. "Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too...

"We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay here! Counting down the days until we can return. The service was phenomenal, and the room and all amenities (gym, sauna, steam room, spa) were perfection. Best pool and super clean and quiet beach. They even had less seaweed than the other beaches we had gone to throughout our trip. The food was spectacular and much better than the typical resort food. They also had a complete schedule of fun activities for kids and adults that gave it a nice resort...
