"This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells. Breakfast was abundant and made fresh upon order. We were provided with plenty of fresh drinking water and ice. The staff were excellent! The beach was not exclusively private. The lounge chairs were shared with another hotel and the beach was literally “invaded” with tourist boats (43 just past the buoy). Also the music from the beach club...

"The stay and my time was the best I’ve had in a long while. Activities amazing!! Food was. try tasty but a bigger variety would be nice. Room, furniture needs to be updated. "Loved riding over on the boat! Beautiful resort and great rooms. Service was wonderful in restaurants, honestly wasn’t impressed with gal in coffee shop. She seemed put out when getting your coffee and nobody was ever in there. Very very quiet… no beach walking unfortunately. Food was outstanding in my opinion."

"This was our first time to stay at Maria’s Kan Kin. If you’re looking for a peaceful place on the island with serene views, private beach access, a delicious breakfast included and such a friendly, helpful staff this place is amazing! Lily greeted us at check-in and made us feel so welcome. Max waited on us at Loretta‘s for multiple meals. He offered suggestions and attentive service. The beach was clean and offered kayaks and a great place to snorkel. You need to take a taxi from the ferry and Lily let us know that it should cost around 150 pesos. We sat and visited with Lily while we waited for our taxi (which she called for us) after check-out. We were only at Maria’s for two days so we didn’t get to experience everything they had to offer so we will definitely be back!"
