"Room was completely clean, if you wish you cook they have everything you need and also the location is very safe, at the beginning looks like kinda far out but not really, is only like 5-10 mins from airport and also there is security guard at the gate, I really recommend this place for your stay. "It's located close to a few restaurants and a supermarket. It is a newer condo and has everything you need for your stay. The owner also provides a 5 gallon water bottle for drinking water. A garage space is also included which was perfect for our rental. We enjoyed our stay."

"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...

"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "
