"Hotel is in a very good area. You can take any public transportation, a taxi, uber or DiDi. It’s between El Angel and Diana Casadora turn abouts. The only down for us were the people in the reception. Not friendly:-( other than that, the housekeeping and maintenance were great! They also have a rooftop patio with a great view. I would definitely stay there again hopefully with better receptionists."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and modern throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. The area was quiet, and we always felt safe walking to the nearby restaurants and attractions. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Their outstanding customer service made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"I would not recommend staying here, especially for solo travelers or parents with a baby, where safety and security are top priorities. One of our biggest security concerns was that the very same person who cleaned the rooms also provided us with our direct door access code. Having room access credentials handed out this way made us feel extremely uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. The property itself feels inherently uninviting and unsafe.
