"Villa Elena lives up to all the 5 star reviews it receives. Value for the money, cleanliness, staff, comfortable bed, A/C etc. etc. If there's another or better place at this price point I'd love to know. If I'm ever back in Isla Mujeres, I'll be definitely staying here. "

"J'avais hésité à dormir à l'hotel voisin et avais choisi cet hébergement qui semblait plus charmant en photo.
Sympathique gérant et horaires d'accès flexibles (self check-in). Grande chambre.
Mais il y avait des flaques d'eau sur le sol de la chambre ainsi qu'une très forte et désagréable odeur d'humidité.
Peut être était-ce dû à une erreur d'attribution de chambre ? le soir de notre arrivée, le gérant nous a demandé de dormir dans une autre chambre mais je n'ai pas vu son message dans les temps...
