"Was a Nice place to book at last minute, The only thing I did not like and you will consider is that next to the place they have Chickens and roosters, and At 3:00 am in the morning they are the alarm, I spent 2 night so the next one was good the roosters alarm to wake me up early, but this is normal in El salvador :) "

"Staff didn’t smile at me once during my 3 nights stay. Seems like they don’t want to talk to me or either helping me when im asking questions or help. They said good morning and enjoy your meal to others guests except me. No hot water, bugs in my room and the ventilator is broken, i had to temporarily fix it with my key. Not really recommending this place"

"Booked and paid for a room. On the day of booking when I arrived at 8:30 pm, staff informed me that they had no vacancy and they overbooked my room to another client. They said they arranged for a friends hotel to stay at with similar amenities instead. The alternate hotel was cheaper, but I didn’t get reimbursement. "Clean room it could be better. No curtains, no suncover or mini roof in the pool. Sun hits you hard. Excellent staff, not too many food options. Road to the Monticello was rough, lots of dirt roads."

"The place is great, clean with a beautiful View. The road to get there is very narrow and uphill so definitely need 4x4 a small car might not make it. The shops are near by which it’s great. I would definitely recommend. "

"We loved our stay! The hotel is so beautiful inside with the lush trees and pool. Don’t miss the patio that overlooks the lake. Great service and would stay there again."

"I love staying here because is very convenient and great location. You can’t beat the price. Plus we stayed a couple of days and they changed the towels, refilled the shampoos and soaps and did our bed without touching our personal belongings."
