"This hotel is beautiful, but my stay was incredibly frustrating. The way the shower and tub are designed caused my entire room to flood. It was a complete nightmare. I had to use my towels and bathrobes to soak up the water because there wasn’t anyone available to help.
They also don’t offer 24-hour guest support. I had issues with the air conditioning, and the person at the front desk wasn’t able to help resolve them. On top of that, the elevator is far too small—I couldn’t fit inside with my...

"An incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the water. The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience!
Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free."

"We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold.

Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer the whole time. The hotel has a tiny elevator that leads to long wait times and is an inconvenience. The hotel didn't have ramps for carrying luggage (there were 6-7 steps to get to the elevator) and staff didn't offer help to help with the luggage either. "There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property.
It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."
