"The property was overall beautiful. I upgraded to the Red level package with the Mountain View (2 adults and 2 kids). It is a great hotel for couples or adults but is not my preferred choice for kids since there were hardly any activities for kids my age (13 and 9 years). The only improvement is the Red level service could have provided more protein on the food provided. The drinks were heavily provided as well as a few snack options. "I had an amazing stay at the Sofitel hotel. The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel truly welcomed. "We had an excellent time at H10 Madison and plan to go back again. The staff were all so lovely happy and helpful from the front desk and concierge to the ladies looking after us at breakfast and the barmen at the pool bar and restaurant upstairs. The food wss excellent the pool wss perfect for the kids in the afternoons and the room wss very comfortable"
