"An exposed wire on the electrical cord for the in house coffee making machine was not noticed by cleaning staff but we saw it immediately when wanting to make a coffee, but luckily, the whole coffee making machine was quickly replaced by management. The toilet seat was misaligned to almost being broken in the Peacock suite. The bathroom shower leaked at the door with water making both the bathrooms floor mat sodden, and also a potential slip on the wet tiles."

"Only issue was the noisy people at around 3.30 am this morning selfishly barging around in the neighbouring room. So ask for an isolated room if you want a full night's sleep here."

"Fantastic place. Wonderful rooms and the best host team we have ever experienced!"

"Incredible place on the stunning Lake Pukaki with views directly across the lake to Aoraki/Mt Cook. Sunrise and sunset just stunning. We licked out with the weather. The night sky experience was fantastic. Expensive, meals included, and worth every cent."

"Nice"

"Lovely stay Ann-Maree was so welcoming lovely room with an amazing view and all the amenities you could hope for. Ended our visit with a superb breakfast and lots of tips for our onward travel and a great podcast recommendation for the drive to Mount Cook. Hope to return one day."
