"Everyone was super kind just a little expensive to do laundry lol 10$ USD which was almost 15$ Canadian . Breakfast was toast and fruit . Place was clean . Only complaint would be the people upstairs being very loud all night sounded like moving furniture around scraping on the floors & dropping things . Staff was very respectful and kind . <3"

"Hotel is beautiful, clean, pool and common areas are very neat. View of the city from the hotel and pool are amazing. Location feels safe and quiet. The location is a bit far from the airport and central San José. I wish the staff would have been more courteous and welcoming and the breakfast could have been a bit better."

"El piso de la habitación estaba bastante sucio y el mantenimiento le falta pintura. Tiene experiencia de chimenea pero la madera estaba húmeda por lo que no pudimos vivirla. Esa era una de las razones por la cual decidimos quedarnos ahí."
