"Hotel was very nice. As were the rooms. Clean and modern with all facilities needed for a quick airport stay. The restaurant food was ok but not brilliant and not value for money. But would stay here again for the convenience of the airport and nice rooms"

"We stayed here to be closer to the airport for our last 2 nights in Costa Rica. It was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The top floor with pool was great with amazing views. Our room with balcony was perfect! We booked the premium room on the 7th floor for dining perks. Breakfast buffet was amazing and snacks in the evening was more like a full course dinner. 24 hr access to coffee and refreshments. I will definitely book again at the Sheraton. "

"Third floor walk up room in furthest building from reception and after carrying our luggage up (no elevators) we come to find that our key cards don’t work. Pretty small room. Ok for a quick stay if coming in or out of SJO for the night. This is a 3 star hotel at best. "

"Not enough staff. Takes to long to ask for anything or get a person on the phone. Hotel halls extremely long the distance from one place to another was way too much. "

"La habitación es cómoda y amplia, camas confortables. Ingresa algo de ruido de la carretera del frente. La TV del cuarto deben actualizarla a una Smart TV (debe tener más de 12 años la pantalla del cuarto) El desayuno es bastante bueno. Cuentan con parqueo seguro y con cargador gratuito para vehículo eléctrico. "
