"Everything was as advertised"

"It was great since we were planning trip to Cedar Point. Hotel is good, a little dated but nice clean rooms."

"The breakfast wait times are ridiculous, one member of staff on duty and waiting 55 minutes to get a cup of coffee and place our order is not acceptable, we raised a concern with reception on day one regarding this but nothing improved during our stay, coffee refills were impossible to get, we had to wait for cutlery so long the food went cold"

"My room wasn't clean at all, and the person at the front desk she had a very nasty attitude. And they charged me twice."

"Our sink was stopped up and after letting them know it took nine hours to fix. It was a bit of a chaotic hotel with bags of laundry left in the hallways and lots of messes. Not a very special experience. Oh and the sink had two hot waters. No cold."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"There were stains upon stains on the blankets, pillows, mattress protector, etc. most of them being yellow, some being red, brown and other fun colors. We informed staff and she moved us to another room. The other room had significantly less stains, but still there. The rooms reeked of some sort of air freshener that was extremely overwhelming.
