"Room was clean. No in room AC. Hot and uncomfortable. Had to open the windows but outside noise is very bothersome. Location is not family friendly and kinda sketchy. Bars left and right. Loud voices and loud music can be heard all night. This is probably why they supplied ear plugs. Will not return nor recommend. Sorry. "

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Response from host was very slow. I had to turn to Expedia for help. Elevator was not accessible till the 3rd floor. The studio has a step up floor for the bedroom area. It poses a risk for falling . Other than these, the apt condition is very good ."

"Terrible apartment if I may say. The photos suggest it’s a nice little comfy space but in real it’s something else. Wifi not working, hair dryer not working, bed making squeaky noise that could probably break anytime. Not at all par with our expectations."
