"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."

"Zuma Craft was in an excellent location for touring Zurich. Pros - clean, modern amenities, private, adequate necessities, as shown in pic, close to train station (10-15 mins) - we booked large/kitchen. Cons - can get noisy at night, not enough large towels (store room not replenished even after we requested) air conditioner is a portable unit - literally 2 glasses !! - that's all for water wine etc. No toaster. Refused to upgrade us to an available larger unit even though we had paid MUCH ...

"Response from host was very slow. I had to turn to Expedia for help. Elevator was not accessible till the 3rd floor. The studio has a step up floor for the bedroom area. It poses a risk for falling . Other than these, the apt condition is very good ."

"Posizione ottima, comodo per spostarsi con i treni, molti negozi presenti nelle vicinanze. La casa purtroppo, essendo interrata con piccole finestre sulla strada, era soffocante. Con le finestre chiuse non si respirava molto (non è presente aria condizionata), con le finestre aperte c'era il rumore della strada e la polvere dato che le auto erano parcheggiate davanti la finestra. Sconsigliata nei giorni caldi (è impossibile starci). Le foto dell'annuncio sono molto forvianti per quanto riguarda...

"Convenient and safe location near parks and shops. Kitchen setup was adequate although with cobwebs in view, we opted to wash the dishes ourselves before using any of them. More than likely we will stay in another canton if we return to the country. Very thankful for the maid who was kind enough to redirect us, as we arrived and had not yet seen the email describing the apartment # correction & updated security code. Good stay overall."

"Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff."
