"Beware Expedia has incorrectly states this hotel has an airport shuttle. It does not. I have advised them of this but they refuse to change the listing even after contacting the hotel to confirm. We had to pay 300 CFH for a taxi for 4 back to the airport. We stayed at this hotel cause it stated a shuttle. Expedia will do nothing to fix it."
"The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars ."

"The hotel is ok, but very outdated which wouldn’t be be an issue but you literally hear people walking outside of your room, people walking up the stairs and when they talk on corridor it sounds like they are with you in the bed. You do hear everyone having shower, flashing toilet and slamming door sadly. Otherwise staff very useful however I did spend 10 minutes waiting at the reception to get noticed as receptionist was busy filling paperwork. Not sure if I will return. The room was super...
"Large clean room and surprisingly cool considering the temp was 30°C. The 'Chiil Out Room' or common room on our floor was nicely furnished and had a balcony where we enjoyed a pizza. The only challenge was the responsiveness of the electronic keys that would take longer than expected to activate, but did eventually work for the doors and elevator."
