"We arrived at around 2am on an Orange taxi from the airport (about 5-10 minutes and $10us) Taxi driver did not want to wait for us to be let inside. Rang the bell twice and after 1-2 minutes staff opened the door, greeted us and showed us the room. We were surprised and disappointed, especially since we have not received any response regarding our refund. Very poor communication and an overall frustrating experience."
