"Not a pleasant arrival. No email 24 hours ahead of checking in time. Had to call Hotels.com and get them to contact property manager for details. Then got sent to an apartment that was already occupied. Following day had to request towels and extra toilet paper. Nothing was delivered. Emailed them again that evening. Was told they never had time all day! Aoartment was very new and in excellent condition. Lack of communication from manager. I am not impressed. Gated area with electric fencing and...
