We were contacted by Tony on the day we arrived, he was charming and extremely helpful and waiting for us on our arrival. Would have no hesitation recommending the apartment and staying there again."

"BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!"

"The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "

"This establishment is so unorganized. I booked this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for 3 nights. On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. From the link they sent me, the new apartment seems like a major downgrade from the previous one; only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I messaged them back to ask for better...

"Mit dem Bus in die Luxemburger Altstadt: 20 Min. Parkplatz für das Auto in der Tiefgarage, Großer Kühlschrank, großer TV allerdings keine eingestellten Programme. Die 3 Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten, es war kein Ton von draussen zu hören. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Angebot, tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis."
