"There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again."

"I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy."

"Room was clean and a very nice size. It had a fridge and mini kitchen with a stove top. Breakfast was fine. Very clean facility and we'll maintained. I would definitely stay again. Close to lots of food options and stores."

"The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was of acceptable quality with enough options to choose from, but not the fanciest meal. Staff often was away from the front desk, but friendly. Check in was very easy. Fridge in the room was quite large and could’ve fit lots of leftovers and snacks. Overall a comfortable quaint stay for a very reasonable price."

"I was completely unprepared for the condition of this motel. Walking into the first room, the smell was overwhelming. A strong combination of cigarette smoke and what I can only describe as chemical odors that immediately caused my eyes and nose to burn. The room itself was visibly dirty, the furniture was stained and worn, and the walls had visible cracks throughout. "Problem with the A/C in our room but they fixed it quickly. Beautiful lobby"

"This business turned myself and my partner away - explaining that they had overbooked the hotel and didn’t have a room for us. This was after confirming our reservation the same morning. The front desk said this may be due to the insufficient performance of the new GM (Chris or Cole I believe his name was?) They can’t even honor a booking, I would not recommend in the future 😂"
