The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. Parking in front of the hotel was convenient and available...

"Perfect location. Close to everything and in a beautiful downtown . I stayed here for my last night after staying in 7pines resort and Su Golgone. I would say it is by far better use for your money than 7pines ."

The staff though were superb so friendly and helpful and the food was just outstanding...highly recommended. 800 m walk to the beach so perfect location "
