"We love the hosts, the room cleanliness and the central location to many things up & down Cape. In our room a couple of maintenance issues- bathroom toilet tissue holder was not attached properly (fixed while we're there though), also bath door didn't stay closed tightly. Didn't bother us as much as perhaps another guest, but should be addressed. But extra amenities really thoughtful. If you forgot a beach chair or umbrella or needed an extra beach towel all were available for the day. And pool...

"This resort has undergone a remarkable transformation over the years. The rooms are bright with great amenities, the bay side offers stunning vistas of Cape Cod Bay, and the location is a fast, easy drive to the beaches and downtown Provincetown. It was so peaceful there. The best was enjoying a morning cup of coffee on the deck off the room and taking in the sunrise. Just splendid. "
"I’m so happy we decided to stay here. The place is very reasonably priced, clean, has comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful front office staff. I was initially hesitant about the 25 minute walk to town center, but there’s a free bus that runs twice an hour and bike rentals across the parking lot. Also frequent pedicab options. Plus the walk is really pleasant - we did that half the time. "
