The location is beautiful and the staff are amazing. I would agree with some of the other reviews...while the bedding and bathroom was very clean, there were some other areas that could use a good cleaning...baseboards, etc.

The Inn is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The breakfasts were very filling with lots of great choices and the teatime and wine and cheese in the afternoon were lovely. The property could use some upgrading. The bathroom ceiling tiles were moldy and need to be replaced and outside of the guest room were trunks filled with cleaning supplies which should have been stowed way more discreetly. It’s an old house so the upkeep is considerable, but for the room rate, the place could use a little love.

We appreciated the ability to check in on the later side. The breakfast choices were excellent and the food abundant and delicious, and the local recommendations for places to eat were also very good. Parking on site was also a nice amenity.

The Victorian setting takes you back in time so that you can almost feel the people from 1850 walking the halls. The staff was about as courteous and friendly as any staff coulkd be. Always smiling and cheerfull. The accomodations were very clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfasts out of this world great. Thanks for a very enjoyable weekend for my wife and I.

Staff was amazing, the food was great. We really enjoyed our stairs. Keep in mind there are stairs if that hinders you and the shower curtains can cause a little bit of annoyance but over all an excellent stay!
