"We really wanted to love our stay, especially after booking an ocean-view room, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The room had no refrigerator or microwave, the shower was extremely small, and the bed was uncomfortable and seemed to slope toward the headboard. We also found some dirt/debris in the bed before sleeping in it. Our “ocean view” was partially blocked by a large rooftop. We were on the 5th floor, and although there was a tiny elevator, it seemed to require staff assistance, so...

"The property and cottages were very nice. The cottage we were booked for, however, the door would not open or close without really pushing it with your body. I contacted management and were told that the door swelled because of the heat. Since my husband is a contractor he noticed that that was not the problem. The door was damaged. We were put into another unit which was fine. And ultimately had a wonderful time."
