My stay was very short lived but long enough to go in the room with my children and experience the musty smell. The lady at the desk was rude from the time I had made several calls before our stay to the time we checked in. The lady made you feel like you were a bother and did not give you that sense that they appreciate your interest in the hotel. I was met with several roadblocks not from directly but from booking my stay, and she was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I will never be back nor would I recommend this place to my family and friends.

Not to bad

The Hotel was clean, except when we opened the sofa bed it was full of mice poop and there was a 1/2 eaten hotdog between the mattress. Other reviews said it was 2 blocks, 1 block or a 1/2 block from.the board walk. Truth be told its 2 blocks. Still not a bad walk. For the most part we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, will stay again.

The property is no longer called The Panoramic, it’s called the Beach House. The exterior and pool are lovely. The room is clean and mostly updated. The bathroom is clean, but out dated and the tub had trouble draining. The staff were very nice and professional.

We had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend here! Friendly & helpful staff. Boardwalk & beach is up the block. Loved having 2 separate bedrooms plus pull out couch and full kitchen. Will definitely come back!

Typical beachside motel, super close to the pier and a 4 minute walk to the boardwalk. Felt very safe walking at night. Staff was kind and owner made sure we had a great stay. Heated pool, free WiFi, silverware, plates and a pull out couch.

First of all the manger/owner was a ncie lady. Also, it's walkbale distance from the baech but the hotel needs alot of renovations/improvement, it's very very old. i didn't see a cleaning staff as other hotles have only two girls waking around with towles. in addition to that you will need to ask for room cleaning, they don't clean as per the signs hanging outside the doors moreover when they do cleaning "as they call it" they only change the bathroom's towles and take the garbage out nothing else. form the other side, they clean the pool every day.

It was alright. Glad we tried it!

This motel was a typical Wildwood motel. The pool was clean and our beds were comfortable. Just like every other Wildwood motel the air conditioner is loud. Our room was not an updated room so we still had carpets but they were clean. I read reviews prior to our stay so we brought our own sheets for the pull out couch and thank God we did because there were no sheets for it. Maria in the office was extremely friendly and wanted to be helpful but she was a one woman show. Checking guests in and out, cleaning rooms and trying to tend to everything else. Which meant other areas of service got missed. We never recieved maid service our entire stay. Honestly, we just wanted trash emptied and new towels but that never happened. We had to go get them from the office along with getting trash bags to take our trash out ourselves. Not a huge deal but when you are paying to stay somewhere there is a small level of service expected.The motel was also very dark outside at night which was odd. We would stay here again in a pinch. But will likely return to our usual motel next year.

Old motel with new life and GREAT service

Our family rented two rooms for four days. The location simply can’t be beat and the vibe is very family friendly. The hotel itself is OLD, and it’s right near the beach, so there’s some dampness, etc. However, since ownership changed in 2023, this motel is a labor of love! The staff was excellent in every way. We had an issue with our shower and maintenance fixed it immediately, while Maria Christina offered to let us use the dryer at no charge and refreshed all our towels. When we checked out on our last day, she let us keep our parking spaces while we enjoyed the beach for a few extra hours. The service is what puts this place over the top. We felt like family while we were there and we’ll be coming back!

We had a great stay at the Panoramic. Maria was wonderful from the time we got there until the time we left. The location is incredible and we will definitely be back!

Excellent location, very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Our family had a lovely stay. The rooms and pool were very clean, which is not always the case for beach motels! We will definitely be back!

My family enjoyed our stay at the Panoramic. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and they have a grill you can use on property to bbq. There is a place to store your bikes as we brought ours with us from home. Maria went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She makes you feel at home. Very welcoming and pleasant from the min we checked in until we left making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be returning on our next WW trip! Would recommend 😃
