"Our stay at this hotel was everything we could’ve asked for and more. The amenities are immaculate, the cafe has a delicious range of breakfast options, the location is ideal for beach days & shopping and perfectly far enough from the hustle bustle and lastly the staff were all incredible. We’d like to thank the hotel manager, restaurant managers, the lovely man working at the pool bar, the ladies at the front desk and also Coco for being so attentive, patient, extremely kind and welcoming....

"This property had lush, green, grounds right on the beach which looked amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well and had adequate parking and a security guard. The room was very spacious, clean, with a small patio where you can observe different birds flying around. There are many restaurants that are within 7 minutes walk and various currency exchange shops. The only negative is that the wait staff in the dining area needs to be more consistent in their interaction with guests because they...

"A fantastic hotel delivering great service. My family and I made plans to spend our week in Phuket sightseeing, but ended up spending much of that time at the hotel. Excellent facilities for the young ones, particularly the kids' club; the staff there were amazing. Hotel's location is great; restaurants/entertainment all within walking distance including a very clean beach. Highly recommended. "

"A very peaceful resort, a bit out of tge way for local shops or restaurants other than those on the resort, which were great. Staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Local shuttle bus or boat was useful, but only to other resorts. Grab taxis were cheap to get out a d about. Our villa was stunning, well maintained and laid out, ultimate luxury."

"The hotel is definitely a 5 star resort. The grounds are very tropical with fish in several ponds and birds chirping. The restaurants by the ocean are great, and the food was very good as well. Had salmon and shrimp tostada on two occasions. The room with the balcony and hot tub was nice. Great view from the room. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym is very good, and the spa is very tranquil with skilled massage therapists. Security is tight with guards checking all incoming vehicles....
