"The room was dirty. The small fridge leaked water overnight. The sheets were old and were leaving lint everywhere. The female person at the front desk was very rude. They promise to give us a discount but ended up charging us more."

"I have stayed at the Venetian many times but apparently they no longer have anyone in the office. I had difficulty checking in. . I’m not happy with the changes. Once I got in the room there were no bath towels or bath mat, coffee was not replaced. The place should be fumigated, , I found spider in kitchen sink and bugs in the bathroom. I sent the same letter to the hotel clerk and their reply to me is “thank you for your input have a great day - Evelyn” also they need to install security bars in the shower it’s so dangerous for the elderly. Good customer service no longer exists. I have always loved staying there but now I may have to change my plans. Lois Dumoulin"

"What an amazing trip we had !!!!! The hotel was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS ! Had the view of the ocean , main beach & the wharf straight from the bed ! And the full moon reflecting on the water at nite - absolutely magical ! Traveled with my 11mo pup & we had the most wonderful experience ever. All we had to do was cross the street & we were at the beach . Staff very friendly . Gorgeous patio/balcony . If you’re traveling with pets - def worth it ! Thank you Casablanca for making our trip so much more enjoyable "
