"Our expectations were probably a little high for the price we paid. As it's a cave hotel in Cappadocia, we knew the rooms would have character, but ours was quite small. The beds however were clean and comfortable. No balcony off the standard stone twin room. The standout was definitely the staff—they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. "If you are allergic to dogs or cats do NOT stay at this hotel. There are multiple dogs and 1 cat roaming all around the hotel and next to/in rooms. I am allergic to dogs and my allergies were terrible, especially inside my room. I think they let dogs inside my room previously. And there was mold in my bathroom above the tub. Other than that the hotel was good. Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was great, great location as well."
