"Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working for our 4 nights at the hotel and the temperatures were in the 30's. Everything else was old fashioned, but working well, like the shower etc. One of the highlights is the restaurant, with an original chef, producing great food and excellent waiting staff. In easy walking distance to Brescia sites."

"Booked this as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The reality is the shuttle service is unreliable and in frequent. In the end, I had to catch a taxi to the hotel from the airport which is actually very difficult because it’s such a short journey. The next day, I actually walked from the airport to the hotel. "The so-called airport shuttle involves the hotel giving you the phone number of a private taxi who you need to then arrange your own ride to for 45 euros each way for a 15 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. So add 90 euros to your cost for their hotel shuttle.
Also, their so-called 2-bedroom apartment is two regular rooms with a connecting door, not an actual 2-bedroom apartment. Basically another exaggeration.
These were the two main reasons I booked this hotel and feel like I got...

"On site parking in secure area was very good. Reception staff excellent on arrival and throughout vacation.Building work being completed by entrance to swimming pool.Good base for travelling to Brescia City centre/Lake Garda/Lake Iseo.
Room cleaned every day for the stay. Breakfast good choice . Meal at hotel 3 rd night was very good and reasonable price."
