"Had an excellent stay at the Gwen. Great location, very modern and clean, comfy bed, outdoor terrace was a plus. Cool vibe all around. Loved that the bathroom had a big tub separate from a walk in shower. It was very quiet at night. No complaints what so ever."

"Our stay at Hyatt Regency Chicago was overall good. The biggest downside was the room experience because the neighbors were extremely noisy, which made it hard to fully relax. Other than that, the hotel’s location was definitely a plus. It’s in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and many of the main attractions, which made getting around Chicago very convenient. Overall, it was an okay stay with a great location, but the room experience could have been better."

"We stayed Memorial Day weekend and what a fantastic trip it was! Kudos to Residence Inn for impeccable accommodations and the breakfast! Chef’s Kiss!! Mwah, mwah, MWAH!! There’s delicious hot food, waffles, oatmeal, pastries, fresh cut fruit, cereals, you name it!! I loved the spinach and cheese quiches and the southwest scrambled eggs. "The property has a lot of character and it is centrally located. We really enjoyed being able just to walk outside of our door and have access to so many great things in downtown Chicago. The room was very small and the bedding was extremely comfortable. One thing to note, after paying the premium price some of the amenities included water bottles in our room and coffee and Wi-Fi. "We paid for a studio city view and when we got to the hotel the placed on the 5th floor. No city view from the window. TV / remote did not work. Had to cast from my phone. When I tried showering there was only ice cold water. I called the front desk to ask if I’m doing something wrong they said they are trying to fix it.
