"We booked Surf Rider based on the strong reviews, especially the repeated mentions of great hospitality-but unfortunately, our experience didn't reflect that at all.
The rooms are extremely small, and the noise from PCH is constant and very loud, making it difticult to relax or sleep. I asked if there was any possibility of moving to a quieter room, but the only option offered was to pay an additional $450-$1000, which felt unreasonable.
We were also staying here to celebrate my wife’s birthday,...
