"Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Indigo Hotel Cardiff. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Auch das Frühstück und die zentrale Lage haben uns begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter."

"Zimmer und Badezimmer in Ordnung. Hotel insgesamt aber eher lieblos. Frühstück eine Frechheit. 5 Käsescheiben und 5 Wurstscheiben die sofort leer waren. Kaum Auswahl, bare minimum. Qualität minderwertig.. auch für britische Ansprüche. Preis/Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt."

"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building...

"Staff are fantastic. AC didn’t work in my room during a heatwave and they wasted no time moving me to another. Easy check in/out. Great for a night’s stay."

"I booked in for one night to go to a local event. The room was clean enough for an overnight stay. The staff left a fan in the room which was handy with how warm the night time was. Parking was on the road outside which was safe enough."

"Very comfortable stay. Bathroom was well designed with (very rare for the UK) a powerful shower. The bedroom was a little stuffy as we were unable to open any windows, the ac was fine. Breakfast was fine, not sure why more seasonal fruit is not available but that still seems to be the norm nowadays. Swimming pool was a plus. Overall a very good hotel."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely but a bit cold. Air conditioning in our room was lousy, not cold enough and air flow was ineffective, room was way too hot to sleep in. Location was great for city centre"

"Didn’t like the shower, water needed in the room especially due to current heat wave. Arriving for breakfast at 09.40 resulted in most food either all gone or very low. Reception staff extremely pleasant & helpful, large bed was very comfortable. Overall good location."

"Edward stood out as an exceptionally helpful member of staff. So informative, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond and we were very grateful as it was our first visit to Cardiff. We had a deluxe room which was very comfortable, executive lounge was an added bonus. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of of choice."

"We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister. We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days."

"My room was maybe 6ft x 4ft. Bathroom was small. No where store stuff. No water pressure in shower cause building is old. Only good thing was across street from stadium."

"You have to have reservations for the dining room. No breakfast, but the pub across the street has a good breakfast. Quiet comfortable hotel. No elevator."
