"We were allocated a room on the third floor facing the road. We asked for a quiet room and were immediately given a room facing the principality stadium. We had a good night sleep. We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. "The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it.
