"Very disappointed.. Stayed during the hot weather and when we arrived were given a room of the top floor! Air conditioning did not work and could not open the window as safety locked to only open a tiny bit.. Went to reception advised that no other rooms available and given a very rubbish fan.. Feel ..."

Future Inns Cardiff Bay
"Really quite dated inside… but very clean and everthing worked. Staff attentive- easy to park. Rooms bright, beds comfy, hot water very hot (this is good) and towels were soft. Was only there for one night after a gif so didn’t have breakfast but people seemed happy enough."
