Unfortunately from arrival it didn’t start well. Prior to arrival we were given a discounted parking code that had expired and was told on arrival that they no longer give codes out despite giving an expired code via email before arrival. Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Room clean but carpet stained and dusty in corners, no soap container so soap was sliding all over the bathroom top so had to keep it on a towel to soak up the water
