"The customer service could have been better. We were informed we had to pay 35 pounds (for one night) for parking as the agreement they had with the car park had soured and it was no longer included in the hotel price. The following morning there was a notice on the front desk that guests would now only have to pay 20 pounds. The first desk attendant said it was nothing to do with the hotel and basically said "too bad" that we were charged a higher amount the day before by their hotel. The...

"The hotel is very dated and dirty and not a 5 star hotel.
We paid well over £750.00 a night.
Hotel is at best 3 star hotel
I didn't enjoy my stay at all and the money charged was extortionate"

"Everything was very good apart from the fact that there is no elevator and contacting the hotel, by phone, seems to be only when the restaurant is open.
Overall we would recommend this hotel."
