"Staff is courteous and helpful. Fratelli Briganti restaurant near by, definitely worth a visit. However, this is NOT a hotel. Staff is there only 9am-8pm. And the tram ride to the center is OK but not the highlight of Florence. If you want to cram many people into an apartment, or save money by cooking yourself, this is a great choice. But if you are in Florence for tourism and can afford a hotel at the center, it is a better choice. "

"We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "

"I stayed in the scooter/industrial room. Nice room, clean, good shower, decent bed, tv (can access netflix and youtube), fridge and safe. Communal area has good coffee machine, fruit, biscuits. Hotel was close to the SM train station (easy walk) and a short walk to main tourist area/attractions. I think the tram from the airport passes the hotel and there's a stop nearby . Owner made herself available for an early check-in. Only (minor) downside is that my room faced outside onto the road so...
