"Overall, we had a good experience at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were very nice and helpful. There is also a ton to do, and the property itself is gorgeous. My biggest complaints were the unexpected extra costs. There is a $200-per-day incidental hold. I understand that you get it back at the end of your stay, but that is still a lot of money to have held upfront, and I wish this had been communicated more clearly before arrival. There is also an $83-per-day amenities fee, so these are definitely costs to keep in mind when budgeting. The food was also extremely expensive. We were there for only two full days, and two people spent around $500 on food. We were eating at one of the cheaper food options on the property and weren't eating at fancy restaurants, so I was honestly shocked by how quickly it added up. I really enjoyed the resort itself, but between the additional fees and the overall cost of food, I'm not sure I would stay here again. I just wish the pricing and additional fees had been more transparent beforehand."

"No hay ascesores para llegar a las habitaciones superiores.. una persona de 87 años se enfermó y tuvo que subir 4 pisos sin casi poder caminar.. Al llegar a la puerta de la habitación casi se desmaya..."

"Me encantó el hotel,buena limpieza el personal bien atento y amable ,comida rica crítica constructiva que el buffet de la mañana sería bueno que cambiaran el horario de apertura de la 7 am a las 6:30 para que el q va a los tours pueda desayunar ya q la mayoría de los tours te recojen a las 7:15 am y no te da tiempo,y recomiendo más actividades en la noche. Recomendado el hotel"

"We’ve just came back from San Juan ( PR) after visiting Caribe Hilton Hotel for a few days and let me tell, The food and drinks from the Restaurant are great, people so friendly and professionals, rooms so spacious and clean with excellent views, AC running in perfect conditions. The Beach wasn’t the best because of the sea grass but the Swimming Pool great and the Drinks at the Pool Bar the best of the best. Great experience for a City Hotel near Old SanJuan and a few steps from The Condado!! We’ll definitely come back!! Thanks"
