"The hotel is a nice boutique hotel located downtown. Its nice and clean and quiet. I personally didn't enjoy the whole open concept bathroom as I enjoy a bit of privacy but thats just me. The parking is an issue....$26 with no in and out privileges just doesn't work for me. Overall the hotel isn't my style and wouldn't go back but it is a nice clean and quiet hotel."

"We had never travelled to London Ontario before, but came to town to see live theater. The hotel is close to lots of things to do downtown, such as Covent Garden Market. The room was clean, quiet and fairly large. Staff wrre helpful"

"I was concerned about the state of repair of room 318 based on my last stay, and asked to see the room before I registered. It looked OK so imagine my shock when I got into bed late at night and found the mattress was broken and I was sliding off while trying to sleep. In the morning staff apologized but did not give me a discount."

"There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice."

"My father and I stayed for two nights ( Mar 2/3-2026) in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite at Comfort Suites in London, Ontario. The suite was comfortable and well suited for our stay. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, including hot eggs, boiled eggs, cereal, and pancakes, which made mornings easy and convenient. The location was very convenient. Canadian Tire was right across the street, and Best Buy and Walmart were just a short drive away. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby,...

"Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am. "

"Building is massive but once adjusted it was great. Amazing rooms, staff was amazing at front desk, only downside was that the pool was freezing. "

"Only stayed 1 night but it was good. Checking in took some time because of a slow moving line but besides that no complaints. Breakfast was included with our stay and we were very impressed with what was provided for a hot breakfast. It was really good to have fresh made hot food."
