"A welcome oasis for weary travelers. There was a minor issue with the coffee machine. They got it working in short order. All was well. The staff was personable and good at their jobs."

"This was the most dismal, bleak hotel I have ever stayed in. VERY basic, aged, worn but the worst part was the front desk staff. The man was okay, somewhat friendly but there was a woman who was present almost all the time. I stayed (unfortunately) 4 nights. She was extremely unfriendly, seemed to have extreme difficulty communicating, didn't make any eye contact and could barely respond in the most basic ways. Appreciate that she has somes sort of issues but perhaps she should have more of a back office job rather than the face of the property. Choice hotels should make a visit."
